Today I have a brilliant chat with Kyle Dobbs @compoundperformance_ and Matt Domney @mattdomney from Compound Performance www.compoundperformance.com
We discuss the best way to approach our return to full training after months without a gym (for most of us!) We then continue on to discuss training in general, how to work hard enough on 'work' days and how to not overdo it on 'easier' days.
